Our talk today is a super introductory one, but we're both well versed in the entire CPR process and welcome any questions you might have. CPR is the acronym for Condominium Property Regime, the legal definition for when separate ownership is created within one lot by dividing it into different units or apartments, with each home free standing from the others. You're still the only owner of your home and the land under and around it, called the limited common element, with shared ownership and usage of the common elements alongside your CPR partners.
